Language Magic Adventures Affiliate Program — Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Terms govern your participation in the Language Magic Adventures ("LMA") Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. LMA may update these Terms from time to time, and continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. How the Program Works
As an LMA affiliate, you are provided with promotional tools to refer customers to LMA Adventures and services. You earn commission based on which tool drives the sale, as described below.
3. Commission Structure
Unique referral link — 12.5% commission
Sales driven by your unique tracking link earn a 12.5% commission on the sale amount.
Shareable 10% discount code — 7% commission
Sales made using your shareable discount code, which gives your followers 10% off, earn a 7% commission on the sale amount.
Personal discount code — 50% off, no commission
You are provided a separate personal discount code offering 50% off any LMA service, including subscriptions. This code is for personal use only, by you, your significant other, or your children. No commission is earned on purchases made with this code.
Using your own shareable code on yourself
You may use your 10% shareable discount code on your own purchases and earn the standard 7% commission on that sale. Note that this results in a smaller discount than your personal 50% off code, so using your personal code will always be the better option for a purchase for yourself.
Subscriptions
No commission is earned on subscription products, including the LMA Journey or any future subscription offerings, regardless of which link or code was used to drive the original sale.
How commission is calculated
Commission is calculated based on the final amount actually paid by the customer, after any discount has been applied — not the original list price. For example, a sale made using the 10% shareable discount code earns 7% commission on the discounted price the customer paid, not on the full price before the discount.
4. Cookie and Attribution Window
Sales are attributed to you if they occur within 30 days of a customer clicking your unique referral link. Sales occurring after this 30-day window do not count toward your commission, even if the original click came from you.
5. Payouts
Commissions are paid via PayPal.
Payouts are made monthly, between the 10th and 20th of each month, covering commissions earned in the prior calendar month.
There is no minimum payout threshold — all earned commission is paid out on the standard monthly schedule regardless of amount.
You are responsible for providing accurate PayPal payment details. LMA is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect or outdated payment information you have provided.
6. Promotional Guidelines
You may promote LMA through your normal social media channels, direct email to your own audience, and other personal promotional channels.
You may not:
Advertise LMA through any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other paid search or paid social advertising
Bid on "Language Magic Adventures," "LMA," or any variation of these terms in paid search advertising
Make false or misleading claims about the LMA program, its results, or the Language Breakthrough Guarantee
Use spam, unsolicited mass messaging, or misleading promotional tactics
Represent yourself as an employee, official spokesperson, or partner of LMA beyond your role as an affiliate
Violation of these promotional guidelines may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions related to the violation and/or termination from the program.
7. Term and Termination
Either LMA or the affiliate may end this relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
If the relationship is terminated by either party, all commissions already earned and unpaid at the time of termination will be paid out on the normal monthly payout schedule described in Section 5. Termination does not forfeit commissions already earned prior to the termination date.
8. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates participate in this program as independent contractors, not as employees, agents, or partners of Language Magic Adventures. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and LMA.
9. Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on commissions earned through this program. LMA may be required to issue tax documentation (such as a Form 1099 in the United States) depending on your total earnings and jurisdiction, and you agree to provide accurate tax information as requested.
10. Limitation of Liability
LMA's total liability to you under this program is limited to unpaid commissions actually earned in accordance with these Terms. LMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.
